It's been a while since the award-winning playwright Julian Armitstead graced us with his presence. But on May 11th he's back, with a piece he has written with Michael Crowley, called Oedipus in Jail."Four male prisoners compelled to undergo a victim awareness course, collaborate on a comic re-enactment of a pantomime, to evade the stories they'd rather not tell. Only to find themselves captive to a larger story:
a tale of shame and savage self-delusion, from which each must find his own way out".
